Rudolph Mueller purchased adjoining properties in 1923, listed as 1306, 1308 and 1400 West Avenue. This Tudor Revival structure was built circa 1928-29 and used as a rental home until it became the residence of Laura Von Boeckmann Mueller after her husband’s death, from 1964 until her own death in 1970. Over the years, other family members have occupied the home. Both homes have been in the family and used as residences throughout their lifetimes.
